Contract Cancellation

Procedure of Cancellation of Annual License Fee and /or Cellular Contract.

Should a client wish to cancel a complex Annual License Fee and/or Cellular Contract?

1. Each cancellation (License Fee and Cellular Contract) must be on its own letter. Should you wish to cancel more than one number, please state the numbers.

2. Cancellation will only be accepted if it is on the letterhead of the Body Corporate.

3. The letter must be signed by 3 trustees of which one must be the Chairperson of the complex.

4. Cancellation is 3 calendar months for the cellular contracts. Last invoice for cellular contracts will be after the cancellation has been done as the invoice is for the previous month.

5. Should the contract need to be pre-maturely cancelled, a quotation for this will be sent through and only once this has been signed and sent back will we proceed with cancelling the contract.

6. Reason for cancelations.

7. All outstanding invoices have to be paid in full.

8. No email or verbal cancelations can be accepted.
